A fish-out-of-water story set in space somewhere in the cold, cruel, distant future.

Ezz Bennil is a storm runner, making her living off collecting the valuable crystals that form on these dangerous worlds with the help of her reluctant ship A.I., Boat. A chance encounter launches Ezz and Boat on a journey to save the world. Er, worlds. Plural. All of them.

Adapted from the original Eagle comic strips – the first ‘Venus’ series onwards – and inspired by the 1951 Radio Luxembourg series, this is a new Dan Dare for our times, serialised in 15-minute episodes, as all good radio space opera should be!

A Canadian actual‑play podcast called No Quest for the Wicked blends sci‑fi space opera with a homebrew Starfinder setting, featuring Ryan Dwyer, Dain Miller and Niall Spain in its second campaign.
