An Invisible Sun

Narrated speculative fiction
This show was binge-ready, but now it's not. 😢

It may have switched to an "always on" status, or the creator may have stopped using Season Number and/or Episode Number values. Or they're inconsistent with their tagging, have removed episodes, or made other changes—intentional or not—leading to a less-than-binge-ready listener experience.

Or... it could be our fault. We might have listed the show too early, and episodes are still releasing. Regardless, it's currently in a state that disqualifies it from being listed in our directory, as it's no longer binge-ready.
You may find more information and listening links at the show's official website.

Yikes! Something odd is happening with this show making the episodes inaccessible or the entire show no longer binge-ready.
Here's the last note we made on Aug 28, 2025, which may nor may not be helpful:

Show synopsis

This show uses machine-generated voices

Set a hundred years in the future, history professor Christopher Cousins believes he’s contracted a mysterious plague which is somehow related to the orbital Gates that allow light-speed travel through the solar system. But the governments and corporations are willing to do everything they must to suppress the existence of it. What’s more, those with the plague can hear and see strange things no one else can. As he investigates, he falls in with a group of dissidents (or are they terrorists?) who, like him, want to uncover the truth--which may be the biggest secret humanity has ever kept.

An Invisible Sun is a work of narrated speculative audio fiction written and performed by W. Keith Tims, writer of The Book of Constellations and The Love Talker.

Fans say...

"Sometimes being friends with a creator is a mixed bag. But when it comes to the creation of W. Keith Tims, it's always a great reward! Keith narrates as a fabulous tale, with subtle use of sound design that makes it feel more like an audiodrama than anything. But, of course, that's what he does. Give it a listen. You'll thank me for it." - Evo Terra
