Matt Rukstar is an American Voice Actor, Editor, Podcaster, Writer, and Director. He is most known for his roles in Zodiac Task Force as Libra, Autumn Falls: The Voices as Kyle, Escape From Morinia as The Announcer and Tales From the Janitor doing additional voices. Matt Rukstar is partial owner of Raving Lunatic Media LLC, a podcast and audio drama company based out of the USA.
