Brainrot Presents

"Brainrot," as defined by Urban Dictionary, is "the inability to stop thinking about a certain topic." True to our name, our podcasts revolve around that which we cannot stop thinking about, whether that be our long-held fandoms and passions, opinions on timely events, or stories, settings, and characters into which we've poured our hearts. In short, Brainrot Presents is exactly what it sounds like: a collection of podcasts, presented by our brainrot. Brainrot Presents was founded in 2021 by a team of eight young adults collaborating on a narrative podcast, now called "Mnemosyne." Our values were clear from the start; our very first meeting covered topics such as diversity and inclusivity in our characters, accessibility for our listeners, and fair wages for our workers. As we slowly but surely worked out the nitty-gritty of producing our first narrative podcast, we chose to put all our existing podcasts under a single label. After much deliberation (and many, MANY discarded names), we agreed upon the name "Brainrot Presents," and thus Brainrot Presents was born.
